Where are you going?

If you don’t know where you are going,  you will almost certainly end up somewhere else!

  1. Do you have a vision?

    Are you clear about your/the company’s objectives?
    Are the objectives realistic and there likely to be achievable?

  2. How are you going to get there?

    What challenges are you likely to meet?
    What will you need to do to overcome them?
    Are you clear about your/the company’s objectives?

  3. Develop a strategic plan

    Does everyone have a copy and understand it?
    Is everyone committed to making it happen?
    Do you update and review it, against results, each year, and modify it as necessary?
    Do you have a contingency plan ready?
    Are the plans clearly written down?
